- Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before arrival; 50% refund 7–13 days before.
How much do I save by booking directly on this official website?

What is your direct reservation cancellation policy?
We offer our Direct Guest Guarantee: 100% full refund if cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior receive a 50% refund, or can be rescheduled to any available dates within 12 months with no change fee.
How do check-in and access work in the gated community?
Canyon Creek is a peaceful, gated community. 48 hours prior to your stay, Jennifer will provide your gate entry details and a unique 4-digit keyless smart lock code for the front door. Check-in is self-service anytime from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
What is included in the gourmet kitchen and coffee bar?
The kitchen features a massive black quartz waterfall island with barstool seating for 6, full stainless cookware, dinnerware, knife blocks, and spices. The dedicated coffee bar includes both Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers with complimentary premium coffee pods, whole ground coffee, sweetener syrup bar, and disposable to-go cups.
Can we park in the garage?
Yes. We keep one personal vehicle parked in the garage, and the remaining space comfortably fits a small car. A garage door remote is not provided: please use the interior wall control and make sure the door is closed before you leave. Additional cars can park on the driveway.
Are pets allowed?
No pets, to help provide an allergy-friendly environment for every guest.
